Some classes offered are yoga, pilates, bootcamp, suspension, boxing, barre, etc. They also offer a small food and juice bar. A nice place to take off the stress.

This gym offers multiple different classes throughout the whole day. Do you want to learn how to kickbox or simply defend yourself? They have options for everyone and even open parts of the gym to work on what you want and relieve some stress by yourself.

Camp Rhino

This gym offers team building, obstacle courses, crossfit, and bootcamp. There are also nutrition options you can take to improve your health.

UNLV Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC)

 

Are you a student who doesn't have money to pay for a gym membership? There is a gym on campus in the SRWC that is free for students. There are so many amenities in this gym that you could definitely find something right for you. There are also PEX classes you could look into taking that are held here. Also check out the Rebel Wellness Zone in the SRWC more stress-relieving amenties like massage chairs!
